Electrical laminated wood board is a high-performance insulation and structural support material widely used in transformers and reactors. It features moderate density, excellent mechanical strength, good vacuum drying adaptability, superior compatibility with transformer oil, and ease of machining. With dielectric constants close to transformer oil and optimized insulation design, it ensures long-term stable operation in 105°C transformer oil.
In oil-immersed transformers, this material has largely replaced steel plates, insulation paperboards, and epoxy laminates for manufacturing key components like core clamps, lead supports, and yoke pads. In reactors, it's used for precision clamping parts, significantly reducing equipment weight and material costs. Our company selects premium birch and basswood, processed through steaming, rotary cutting, and drying into thin veneers, then coated with special insulating resins and formed under high temperature and pressure.
We provide comprehensive solutions:
Economy-grade electrical laminated wood board: Suitable for transformers up to 35kV.
Standard-grade electrical laminated wood board: Suitable for transformers up to 110kV.
Basswood-reinforced electrical laminated wood board: Suitable for transformers above 110kV, including 220kV units, and compatible with 330kV~750kV transformer key components.
High-density electrical laminated wood board: With density above 1.2, designed for traction transformers and special transformers requiring high mechanical strength.
